Emmanuel's passion for movement and recovery is rooted in his own athletic background. A former three-sport athlete, he excelled in track and field, American football, and soccer. He continued his soccer career at Dalton State College and Georgia Gwinnett College, went on to compete at the semi-professional level, and later earned the opportunity to attend a professional soccer trial. Drawing from years of high-level competition, Emmanuel brings a unique understanding of performance, recovery and injury prevention to every session.

After experiencing a hip imbalance that eventually led to injury, Emmanuel sought help from numerous healthcare professionals and underwent extensive physical therapy. Throughout his recovery, he discovered that assisted stretching and mobility work played the most significant role in restoring function and improving the body's natural healing process. That experience inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others achieve the same freedom of movement and quality of life.

Today, Emmanuel specializes in assisted stretch therapy and recovery techniques designed to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, enhance mobility, and optimize performance. Whether working with athletes, active professionals, or individuals seeking relief from everyday aches and stiffness, every session is tailored to the client's specific needs and goals.
